36 new homes being built in Old St. Mellons as part of a Section 106 planning agreement with Dandara Wales & West Ltd. Work started in Summer 2023 and is due to complete in 2026.
42 new homes in Lisvane, built as part of a Section 106 planning agreement with Bellway Homes. The project is due to complete in 2026.
Refurbishment of 24 apartments and commercial properties to the ground floor at the landmark formerly known as 9-22 Moira Terrace. Expected to complete in 2026.
St johns will see 58 one, two, three and four bedroom homes and apartments being built to EPC A standard. Encon Construction Ltd is due to start work on site in January 2025.
The transformation of the former Callaghan House offices into six new, energy-efficient homes.
12 new energy efficient homes in Llanrumney, which will see a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes being built to Welsh Government Design Quality Requirements by LCB Group. Due to complete in Spring 2025.
A mix of 35 one and two bedroom apartments over 6 storeys in the heart of Adamsdown, built to EPC A standard by ASD Build Ltd. The project completed in May 2024.
32 one and two bedroom apartments built by ASD Build Ltd and completed in May 2021.
14 one and two bedroom apartments build by Holbrook Homes Ltd and designed by Dennis Hellyar Architects.
85 apartments for private sale and 32 high qulaity affordable homes designed by Austin-Smith:Lord and built by Morganstone. Completed in 2018.
Regeneration of an existing 70`s indoor shopping centre which led to 56 new high quality affordable homes being built, along with 9 new retail units occupied by the original retailers. Designed by Austin-Smith:Lord and built by Jehu.
Regeneration project with Cardiff City Council and Cardiff Local Health Board, to provide a Health Centre, Community Centre, 11 Retail Units, 48 flats and 13 houses in Butetown. The project was completed in October 2013. Leadbitter was the main contractor.
Hamadryad was built in August 2016 by Morganstone Limited. The building features 55 EPC B apartments.
