We have a number of options to choose from so paying your rent is as straight forward as possible. If you’re not sure which one is best for you, or you have questions about any of the options below, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help you.
It’s always important to pay your rent first as a priority. If rent is not paid, arrears can build up quickly, and cause problems further on in life. Rent payments are due a week in advance which helps keep your account up to date and clear of rent arrears.
If you have any problems with paying your rent, please speak to your Money Support Officer as soon as you can. We want to help you get back on track, working with you to find solutions to any financial challenges you may be experiencing.
You can also contact our Money Solutions Team if you’d like any further assistance with budgeting, debts, or managing your bills.
My Account is our online payment system which you can use to pay your rent, report a repair, update your contact details and manage your household budget.
This service is free and available for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can access the system using the My Account online portal, or you can download the My CCHA app.
New here? You’ll need to register the first time you use the system. You can do this using your email address, tenancy reference number, date of birth and postcode. To find out more about the system and how to register, click here to read our Frequently Asked Questions.
Make sure you reference your payment with your Tenant Reference Number to make sure that your payment reaches your account.
