Our tenants told us that they would like to make contacting us and managing their home easier. We listened to that feedback and are pleased to launch the My CCHA app.
The app will provide tenants with 24-hour access to their account to be able to:
- Update their contact details
- Check their rent balance
- Make a payment
- Report a repair
- Manage their household budget
- Get in touch with us
- Send us feedback
- and much more!
Nigel Lee, Head of ICT & Procurement at CCHA said: “We’re delighted to launch our new tenant app and would like to thank those tenants who have worked with us to provide ideas, test the app and give their feedback. One of our main objectives was to make sure My CCHA was accessible to our tenants. After working closely with the Big Word to translate the app, we are pleased to be able to launch it in six of our community languages.”
To celebrate the launch of the app, CCHA is running a free prize draw for our tenants to win one of four £50 Love to Shop vouchers. All tenants must do to be in with a chance of winning is download and register on the app by 31st October 2022. The four winners will be chosen at random.

Q. When will My CCHA be available to download?
A. My CCHA is available NOW and some tenants have already downloaded and are using it.
Q. What will MY CCHA allow me to do?
A. With the use of a smartphone or tablet, you will be able to:
- update your contact details i.e telephone number and email address
- Make a rent payment
- Check your balance
- Report a repair – and upload a photograph
- Get in touch with us and send us feedback
- Manage your household budget
Q. Is there a cost to download and use My CCHA?
A. No. My CCHA is FREE to download and use
Q. How do I download the My CCHA App?
A. My CCHA is available for Android and iOS smartphones. It can be downloaded from Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store. Just search for “My CCHA”. You can also scan the QR codes at the bottom of the mailing that you have been sent about the app or click on one of the following links.
Q. How do you log onto My CCHA?
A. You can log onto My CCHA using your email address, tenancy reference number, date of birth and postcode. You can find your tenancy reference number at the top of the mailing you have been sent. It can also be found on your rent statement.
Q. What email address do I need to use to register?
A. You need to register with the email address we have for you on our system. Once you have registered, you can then change your email address in the app if you need to.
Q. Which languages is My CCHA available in?
A. My CCHA is available in English, Welsh, Urdu, Arabic, Somali and Bangla.
Q. What if I don’t have a smartphone or don’t want to use MY CCHA?
A. That’s fine too. We are keeping all the current ways of contacting CCHA and of paying rent, and you can continue to use those as well.
Q. Who should I contact if I need any help to download My CCHA?
