Tenants can talk to me about their rent, how to maximise benefit entitlement, applying for grants and bursaries as well as other money-related matters. If I can’t help, I will signpost to someone or an agency that can.
What is your favourite CCHA value and why?
My favourite value is bravery as I think that encapsulates all of CCHA’s values and we all need a bit of bravery sometimes.
