Get into Housing was created to open up access to the social housing sector for talented individuals from Black, Asian and ethnically diverse backgrounds in Wales. People who bring lived experience, potential, and passion, but who’ve faced barriers to employment.
If you’re over the age of 18, identify from an ethnically diverse background, and are long-term unemployed, this project will give you…
- valuable skills to boost your CV;
- an opportunity to understand and develop your talents;
- a chance to explore a career in housing;
- bespoke mentoring to help you achieve your potential and plan for long-term success.
