Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) has appointed experienced social housing professional, Nia Rolfe as its new Head of Communications and Marketing.

 

CCHA’s Chief Executive, Hayley Selway, said:

“I am really pleased that we were able to attract Nia to join us at such an exciting time at CCHA.

“Nia joins us from the post she has held for eight years at Cadwyn Housing Association, where, as Communications Manager, she was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the communications function, and clearly demonstrated her commitment to ensuring tenants have a voice. It’s evident that Nia shares CCHA’s community-based values and vision and she will be a tremendous addition to the team.”

 

Nia said of her new role:

About Nia Rolfe

Nia Rolfe has worked as a communications and marketing lead for over 15 years, with experience in both private and public sectors across a range of industries including housing, education, health, sport, and leisure.  Her career in the housing sector began in 2013 when she joined Cadwyn Housing Association as Communications Officer before being promoted to Communications Manager.

 Nia is a member of the CIPR and has held the position of Chair of the sector’s Communications and External Affairs Strategic Delivery Group since 2017. Nia finds it incredibly fulfilling to enable others and support and encourage them to achieve. She harnesses a collaborative and values driven approach to delivering meaningful communications that are engaging and focused on outcomes
