In the repairs update that we shared with you in November 2023, we told you that we were going to get help from an external contractor to try and reduce the backlog of routine repairs.
We are pleased to let you know that from today, Ian Williams contractors will be working closely with us to try and complete our overdue repairs. Some of their operatives will be working with us over the next two to three months. They have already been through their CCHA inductions where they have met the members of our team. This will help to make sure that they go about their work in the same way that our M Team do.
Our M Team will still be carrying out most of our repairs, but you may also see one of the operatives from Ian Williams in our communities and in your homes. You can find out more about Ian Williams here
