Calling all CCHA Tenants:
The STAR Survey has launched!

The STAR survey has been launched! If you’re a CCHA tenant with access to a smartphone, a link has been sent to your mobile via text.

Don’t have an email address or internet connection? Don’t worry! We’ll be sending out paper copies to your home on the week starting 13th September. This means they’ll land on your doorstep by the end of the week. The return cost has been covered, so it’s free to post.

All you need to do is complete the form as soon as possible, be honest, and return to us. Simple!

Our STAR survey is an important aspect of our commitment to you. We want your thoughts about our services, and how they can be improved.


What is it?

The STAR survey gives you space to provide your honest opinion about the services you receive. There are a variety of questions, ranging from quality of repairs, whether you feel your home is true value for money, and how well you feel we are serving you as a tenant.

The questionnaire is straight forward with a mixture of multiple choice answers, and spaces to provide written feedback. It should take no longer than 15 – 20 minutes to complete.


How will I receive it?

It will arrive to you by email and post, so you can choose the method that suits you best. If you choose to complete a postal questionnaire, you’ll receive a pre-paid envelope to use to return it to us.

To make sure that your anonymity is protected, we have asked an external company to carry out this survey for us. Arena Partnership will deliver the results to us once they have been collated.

They will only forward your contact details to us if you have given them permission to do so. This option is available on the questionnaire and may help you should you have any questions for us or would like us to give you a call.


What benefits will there be if I take part in this survey?

Your opinion will help us to shape the services you receive and ensure that they are relevant for you. We will keep you updated on the results of this survey via our website and social media.

The improvements we make as a result of this survey will be communicated to you. As a result, you can see the impact that you’re having on CCHA.

As a huge thanks for the time taken to complete this survey, you will be entered into a prize draw. There are two prizes of £200 of shopping vouchers.
