We are making a major upgrade to the technology we use every day to manage our homes and provide services, with a move to a new platform called Salesforce.

Salesforce is a digital hub which will replace several older, separate systems we currently use. This new hub will manage everything in one place, giving our teams a better understanding of our homes and our tenants, and enabling them to access information quickly, including:

  • Tenancy details
  • Repairs information for each property
  • Any complaints and their progress
  • Customer enquiries

Right now, our teams have to use different tools and systems to do their jobs which can lead to a slower response to enquiries, and even mistakes.

By moving to one single, modern system like Salesforce, we will be able to do our jobs more efficiently.

After months of hard work behind the scenes establishing Salesforce, we are excited to be at the point of launching the platform across the business and watching the impact this will have on how efficiently we work. This upgrade is all about making things better for our tenants and our staff.
Nigel Lee, Head of ICT and Procurement at CCHA
We are absolutely delighted to welcome Cardiff Community Housing as the first Welsh housing association to adopt the Salesforce platform. We are tremendously encouraged by the rapid progress of their implementation journey so far and are excited to see the tangible improvements and efficiencies the new system will bring. This partnership represents an amazing opportunity to showcase the impact our platform can have in transforming housing service delivery, and it is fantastic to have CCHA spearheading this as a key innovator within the Welsh housing sector.
Felix Ashwood, Account Executive at Salesforce
From the outset working with Nigel, Rebecca and all the team at Cardiff CHA has been an absolute pleasure. Their knowledge of their organisation, passion to improve, and willingness to adopt new technology and ways of working means that the first phase of the project will be completed on time, and with many changes and improvements possible due to their valuable input. CCHA are an example of how to set up for success and follow that through into a successful and enjoyable project.
Will Johnson, Senior Executive at Alscient

The first parts of the new system, including our new central customer management tool, are set to go live in February 2026.

We are very excited about the potential of Salesforce to deliver a much more efficient and high-quality service for our tenants.
