CCHA is proud to have won three awards recently in recognition of the work being done to foster equity, diversity and inclusion within our workplace and community.
The People Team picked up the 2026 Diversity Champion Award and International Inclusion Award from Diversiton in April, before going on to win the Diversity and Inclusion Award at the HR in Wales Awards in May.

We take particular pride in our ongoing efforts to remove barriers to sustained employment in the social housing sector. The Diversiton awards marked us out as the first housing association in Wales to be recognised under international EDI standards.”
