CCHA is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Vitalini to the position of Head of Repairs, a move that underscores our commitment to fostering talent from within through our ‘Grow Your Own’ Programme.

Chris’s journey with CCHA began in May 2022 when he joined as Property Customer Support Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the delivery of responsive maintenance services.

Before joining CCHA, Chris had a successful tenure at Valleys to Coast Housing Association, where he gained valuable insights and honed his skills in the day-to-day management and scheduling of responsive repairs for almost 6,000 homes. This experience has undoubtedly contributed to his ability to lead and innovate within CCHA.

As Head of Repairs, Chris will play a pivotal role in improving the repairs and maintenance services for CCHA tenants. His promotion is a testament to his outstanding contributions, dedication, and the confidence we have in his ability to lead.

“I am delighted to welcome Chris into his new role as Head of Repairs. Our tenants tell us that we need to further improve our repairs, maintenance and estates services - making these improvements are one of our top priorities. Having worked with Chris in his current role as Property Customer Support Manager, I have seen first-hand the improvements that he has made within the Repairs Customer Support Team. We all look forward to the further improvements and approaches he will bring to his wider repairs department and teams.”
Jonny Jones, Director of Assets and Property
"I am over the moon with my appointment as Head of Repairs. I am really excited about the challenge of leading our Repairs Teams to provide the service our tenants need and deserve. We have made some sound improvements to our repairs service over the last 18 months, but I am under no illusion that there is a lot more work to do. I’d like to thank Jonny and our representative tenant panel, for showing their faith in me I and can’t wait to get started."

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Chris on his promotion and look forward to achieving new milestones under his leadership as Head of Repairs.
