This workshop will take a look at a variety of mindfulness activities including breathing exercises, grounding techniques, creative arts, how to manage stress, and more.
We’ll also be providing freebies for you, based on what we learn together, to keep with you whenever you need a reminder to be here now.
Taking place on Monday 13th December from 10am – 12pm, and Tuesday 14th December from 12pm – 2pm, you’re welcome to attend one day or both days.
