Living Life to the Full returns!


After a difficult 18 months, we could all use a little me-time and positivity. Starting on 14th July 2021 at 10.30am – 12.30pm, this six week course will guide you in learning new self-care tips, how to stop negative thoughts in their tracks, and how to get yourself out of the funk and back into the swing of life.
