If you are deaf or hard of hearing and need to speak with someone at CCHA, you can do so by using a video relay service provided by SignVideo.
The service is easy to use. You can either access it by clicking on the “Connect to BSL Interpreter” button which can be found at the top of every page on our website, or you can download the SignVideo app. When in the app you can then search the directory for CCHA.
When you make a video call using the button or via the app, you will be connected to a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter. They will be able to relay your message to one of our colleagues on your behalf.
