CCHA has appointed experienced HR professional, Marsha Neal, as its new Head of People and Organisational Development.
CCHA’s Corporate Director, People and Places, Liz Evans said: “I am delighted to welcome Marsha to CCHA as Head of People and Organisational Development. Marsha brings a wealth of experience and skills in HR and Organisational Development. She will have a key role in our transformation journey and the delivery of our People Strategy to make CCHA an even better place to work; and support our team to drive the growth of our services for our tenants and communities.
It’s clear that Marsha shares CCHA’s community based values. She was born and raised in Cardiff and is clearly passionate about making a difference in our communities.
