What areas do you cover?
Part of Adamsdown (including Adamscroft Place, Tharsis Close, Davis Street, Adamsdown Lane, Moira Terrace, Augusta Street, Metal Street.) I share this patch with Frankie, another Neighbourhood Manager. The dividing line is Metal Street. If you’re not sure which one of us you should contact, you can easily find your neighbourhood manager via the website.
What can tenants talk to you about?
Anything that they feel is important to them and their home. I know the area well, having worked and lived around Adamsdown and Splott for over 10 years. I also used to work in the LINKS, so I have a good understanding of mental health and how this can impact people.
What is your favourite CCHA value and why?
Genuine, as this is one I value the most and think it’s one of my best qualities. What you see is what you get with me!
