We know the Covid pandemic is affecting some of you in terms of wellbeing and money, as well as dramatic changes in life circumstances in addition to dealing with the day-to-day struggles of living through a pandemic…
So, to give you the right help, at the right time, in the right way, we have adjusted the Housing Officer team and created two specialist teams.
This means you will now have a dedicated Officer responsible for helping you with your rent account, and a separate Officer responsible for assisting you with your tenancy. Together, we’ll make sure that you’re fully supported.

Don’t worry – you don’t have to do a thing. We will write to you shortly to let you know who your rent and tenancy Officers are, and give you their contact details. Make a note of this information – save it in your phone or even stick the letter to your fridge. That way, whenever you contact us in future about either your tenancy or rent account, you’ll know exactly who you need to speak to.
