Find out what we are aiming to achieve at CCHA.
Established in 1996, Cardiff Community Housing Association – better known as CCHA – formed when Adamsdown Housing Association and Moor Housing Association merged. Prior to becoming CCHA, Adamsdown and Moors had been providing homes in Cardiff for over 40 years. We are a non-profit organisation, registered with charitable status, and supervised by the Welsh Assembly Government.
Whether it is your forever home or your home for right now, we provide secure and affordable options for everyone.
We provide 3,000 homes in Cardiff and, whilst most of these are for rent, we also provide accommodation as part of the Low Cost Home Ownership scheme. We are committed to working with tenants to transform the way in which we live and work within our neighbourhoods.
Our core values of trustworthy, respectful, caring, honest, brave, and genuine are interwoven throughout the work that we do every day. We are devoted to continuous improvement and through using your feedback.
We aim to be more than a landlord, providing support for our communities through a variety of in-house projects who support communities to Flourish, provide assistance for people to obtain jobs and skills, and our money support team. Our income and rent support officers are committed to supporting you and help you make the most out of living in your home within your local community. Meanwhile, our repairs team are devoted to ensuring you receive a fantastic and timely repairs service.
