We all need time off to recharge, hence why we offer a basic leave entitlement of 25 days per year, rising to a maximum of 30 days after so many years with us. This is in addition to bank holidays and pro-rata for part-time employees. We also offer employees the opportunity to buy an extra weeks leave at the beginning of each year.

The standard working week is 35 hours (excluding lunch hours.) We understand that a healthy work-life balance is crucial if you’re going to get the most out of life, both personally and professionally. Our options for flexibility are varied and we offer a range of working pattern options that can help you achieve this. These range from compressed hours, flexibility between 7am – 7pm, home-working options, team based self-rostering, job sharing, and part-time.

Our commitment to your health and wellbeing is also expressed through our Wellness at Work (W@W) team. As part of this programme, we provide staff with free refreshments and free fruit every week. We also have a range of activities throughout the year such as sponsored events, fitness tasters, alternative therapies, advice from health professionals, yoga, and much more!

We offer a permanent health insurance, paid for by us at no extra cost to you. This includes numerous benefits, including discounts at a variety of places, and renumeration for optical appointments, chiropractic services, physiotherapy, and many more. We also have corporate discounts available for two local gyms with further information about this provided upon request when appointed.
